Sala Industrial Partners was founded by David Gessler and Miles Bronstein, two professionals with extensive experience in the industrial real estate market.
Miles Bronstein
Miles Bronstein is the co-founder of Sala Industrial Partners. Miles is a real estate entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Balfour Real Estate LLC, a firm he launched in 2020 to pursue investment opportunities (multifamily and industrial) across the Tri-State area, the Midwest, and the Southeast.
Prior to Balfour, Miles was a member of the acquisitions, credit, and development team at Silverstein Properties in New York, where he helped launch Silverstein Capital Partners—a debt fund focused on large-scale development financing.
During his time at Silverstein, Miles worked on over $1.8 billion in transactions, including major projects in NYC, Jersey City, and Brooklyn. Miles began his career at Deutsche Bank in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group, where he supported M&A, debt, and equity transactions for public and private clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in History from Northwestern University.
David Gessler
David Gessler is the co-founder of Sala Industrial Partners. David was most recently VP of Acquisitions at Simi Capital Group, where he led industrial acquisitions across IOS, Flex, and Small Bay products.
Notable transactions include an 8-acre IOS site with a 20,000 SF building in South Atlanta and a 75,000 SF small bay industrial facility in Jacksonville. Prior to that, he worked in industrial brokerage in the New York metro area and built a personal portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets in the Lehigh Valley, PA.
